Our Cancellation Policy for bookings made direct with the owner and paid for by Credit or Debit Card.

Each owner will have informed you of their cancellation policy via their individual terms and conditions.

With reference to payments made through the Last Minute Villas system,we have a non cancellation policy in force,if you book and pay for a villa rental via our system we WLL NOT refund the monies paid.

HOWEVER on most occasions if you contact the individual owner with a view to cancelling and it is 12 weeks prior to your occupying the home the owner will usually refund amounts equal to the amount he/she has been able to recoup from another rentor for that period.

IN ALL cases of cancellation you should contact the owner first.
