My husband, myself, our four children and my parents were at your beautiful home from June 9th - 19th. We enjoyed it so much! It has all the comforts of home and the distance to the disney area is amazing. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool very much and my mom and I appreciated the full kitchen and laundry areas. It was great not having to do laundry when we came home. We were able to unpack clean clothes when we got home. We would love to come stay at your home again in the future and will reccommend it highly to anyone we know that is traveling to the Orlando area. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us, it was the best decision we made during the planning stages of our trip.

I can't say enough about our stay in Ray and Pat’s home. The location is quiet and peaceful yet so very convenient. We wanted to be near Disney yet have a retreat at the end of the day and this house was all of that and more. Let me tell you, we didn't want to leave! The furnishings are top notch. The management company first class. Ray and Pat were the absolute easiest to deal with. I researched villa's for well over two months and chatted with many, many owners.
I'm so very glad we decided to go with the Ray and Pat’s home. They made our trip special and wonderful. Let me give you a quick example. We were arriving on Christmas eve. I was terribly concerned about stores and restaurants being closed by time we got there and the next day. Ray contacted his management company for help. They actually grocery shopped for me with my list and didn't even charge me a service fee or anything! I could not believe it.
The house is in amazing condition. Everything is new. The bedding is better than what I have at my own home. It is extremely well cared for and we didn't have a single problem while there. Ray and Pat truly go the extra mile.

Just to say thanks very much for the use of your wonderful villa, we had a fantastic 4 weeks in Florida and managed to see all the sites we wanted to, plus lots extra. Your villa was fantastic, extremely well situated to all the attractions, and really homely (the one we stayed at 3 years ago at Tuscan Ridge was sterile in comparison), the pool heating and laptop was a real bonus for us all. I will thoroughly recommend your villa to anyone that asks, and you are welcome to pass on my e-mail should a recommendation be required for any future renters.
