Wow, what a response. I was expecting 8 or 9 replies. Not this many. Can I thank each owner for replying, I did intend to send a personal reply but the numbers involved are too many. I didn’t realise there were this many villas in Florida. One way of reducing the numbers I received would be to limit the house size to what I requested, a very high percent were for 5, 6 and 7 bedroom villas when all I asked for was a 4 bedroom one. Anyway we have eventually narrowed the list down to 2 or 3. So should be able to book something soon. Once again thank you all.

We rented a four bedroom, three and one half bath unit from Simon at Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, FL for the week of Jan. 1 - Jan. 8, 2005. We could not have been more pleased. I used your site to find a villa one week before my family vacation. It was one of the best things I've done in a long time! The whole process went very smoothly. I liked the fact that owners contacted me. I didn't have to spend days on the web looking thru villas only to find that they weren't available for the time I needed.
