We do not require an initial payment for our services,you will be invoiced by e.mail and by Mail,
To enable us to affer this service we require payment in full within 15 days of the e.mailed invoice,our terms include a 10% "administration fee"for payments received after that time.
 
Please indicate that you agree these terms prior to submitting your quotation request.

Please detail below precise dates and how we can access your home to arrange a quotation, if we need to contact a management agent please give telephone numbers.
If we have to arrange the quotation whilst guests are in the home please detail and include a telephone number where we can reach them to arrange an appointment if this is necessary
If we need to contact you whilst you are in your vacation home please give telephone numbers,dates and times to contact you.
If we can arrange a visit without reference to any of the above please include details of gate codes etc. so that we can gain access.If none of the above is applicable or convenient please explain
If you require us to match certain items or use only a specific product for the work such as paint,tile colours or material brands or a specific grade of timber please detail it here,the more information you supply the better our chance of matching the items.
