Distance to Disney and the quickest route, We are just 9 miles from Disney with all highway and interstate travel. Two miles from I-4 just off Hwy 27 is the easiest and fastest way to get to any of the attractions. You do not have to go through Kissimmee to get to any of the parks.
Community facilities,pool,play area etc. We have a community pool in the Forest area that can only be used by our guests and residents within the Forest community. Great place to walk, jog, bike or roller blade. Safe and secure. 4 tennis courts are available along with driving range and an 18 hole championship golf course.
are only 3 miles from a Super Wal-Mart that is open 24/7. Eagle Ridge Mall is just 30 minutes from us and very easy to find and travel too. You do not have to go into Orlando for great shopping, but if you choose too the Orlando Mall is just 30 minutes from us. Haines City is only 5 miles and Winter Haven is 15 and Lakeland is only 20 minutes so great shopping is close by if you don't want to be in all the Disney traffic. We are only 9 miles from Hwy 192 if you prefer to shop along Hwy 192.

Close to other attractions other than Disney? Miniature golf, dinner theatre shows, water parks are all within 15 minutes of our community. Tampa or Cocoa Beach is just an hour away. The space center is just over an hour away. Centrally located so you can travel many places and arrive back home within a day. There is also a very nice petting farm within 15 minutes which you can fill a full day of fun and experiences for small children.

Busch Gardens, petting farm, great shopping and many antique shops are all close by for those who want to experience the Florida lifestyle.
