POOL DECK: The large pool deck has the privacy of backing onto Orange trees not villas and the south westerly aspect means that the sun is shining on the pool area from early morning till dusk. There is plenty of pool furniture provided and when it gets too hot in the sun you can sit under the large lanai. The POOL is 30ft x 15ft and there is also a SPA to refresh those weary limbs after a hectic day at the parks. We also have POOL INFLATABLES for use in the pool. For all the outdoor chefs we provide a BARBEQUE free of charge.

FAMILY ROOM: The light, airy and spacious family room has cathedral ceilings. There are patio doors leading out onto the lanai and pool area. Provided for your entertainment are HBO CABLE MOVIES, DVD, VCR, STEREO and PLAYSTATION2 + GAMES.

This large lanai offers shade when the sun is at its hottest. There is plenty of seating for ten people and a barbeque is provided for those outdoor chefs amongst you.
