Lakeside Haven Slideshow

Welcome to our wonderful Holiday Villa Rental in Disney World Orlando Florida USA ‘Lakeside Haven’, ideally located at the side of Sunset Lakes, less than 4 miles from Disney World.

The formal dining area is connected via an open square arch from the kitchen and is carpeted. It is furnished with a formal dining table with six chairs, which is elegantly dressed with mats, napkins, wine glasses and an attractive centrepiece. There is ambience lighting provided by low hanging lamp above the table and a standard lamp in the corner. The informal dining area is in a small nook off the kitchen and is ideal for breakfasts and kids meals. It is equipped with a mahogany table and eight chairs.

There are two twin bedrooms upstairs, which are deemed most suitable for children and are decorated with cartoon character prints. These rooms are across the galleried landing from the master en-suite bedroom. One is Whinnie the Pooh’ themed room the second more suitable for teenagers. Both have recently been redecorated and had new carpeting fitted. They share a bathroom, which lies in between both. These rooms include: Two twin beds Built in wardrobes Nightstand with light Cable TV + DVD

The master en-suite is a stunning bedroom with balcony that overlooks the lake. This room, along with all the other upstairs rooms has recently been redecorated and had new carpeting fitted. It has been elegantly furnished with a luxurious king size bed, with extra deep mattress. The matching furniture adds to the decadent feel of this gorgeous retreat. The room is bright and spacious with double patio doors that lead out to the balcony. Here there are two seats and a table where you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee or watching the Disney fireworks in the evening.

The other downstairs twin bedroom is opposite the second master bedroom. It is tastefully themed as a ‘Mickey’ room with colourful prints and cable TV & DVD. This is the coolest bedroom in the villa. It lies adjacent to the downstairs bathroom, which it shares the downstairs master bedroom. This room includes: Two twin beds Nightstand with light Fitted wardrobes TV + DVD

When not sightseeing, during the daytime the best way to relax and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine is to lie by the lovely, kidney shaped pool and indulge in the odd swim. The luxury of this pool is the perfect peace and privacy, as it is sheltered by shrubs to the sides and gently swaying palm trees to the front. You will never tire of the magnificent view of the lake. When you want to get out of the heat or enjoy a meal, you can sit under the covered lanai, which has external lighting and a fan, should you need it. The poolside area includes the following features: Fully screened pool with heating & underwater lighting High quality hexagonal table and six cushioned chairs 4 sun loungers Pool alarms on patio doors leading out to pool Collection of pool toys Outside shower

A games room with Pool, Air Hockey and Basket Ball game was added to the facilities in May 2007 for the enjoyment of the young (and the young at heart)members of your party. It has a tv so the kids can really be entertained whilst you relax and unwind
