A luxurious 5 bedroom villa with a south facing pool 10 minutes to Disney

The sunny lounge/dining area is very spacious with lofted cathedral ceilings. It has a large multi-channel TV and Hi-Fi. There is a generous 3-seater sofa which can be converted to a double bed if required as well as two comfy arm chairs.

The Garage has been converted into a Games Room. It comprises of an 8ft x 4ft Pool table, a 6ft x 3ft Air hockey table, a 4ft foosball table and an electronic dartsboard. After a tiring day at the theme parks keep the children amused while you have a refreshing time by the pool.

With a view of the pool, the master bedroom comprises of a queen sized bed, large mirrored dressing table, two bedside sets of drawers and a multi channel TV. The en-suite consists of a large walk-in shower, his and hers hand basins, toilet and cupboards. A spacious walk-in wardrobe gives ample room for clothing and storage

The south facing pool and deck area are fully screened to allow maximum enjoyment. There is a generous deck area and shaded lanai for your comfort. During the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated. Privacy trellis has now been added around the pool area for maximum privacy.
