TUSCAN RIDGE - A QUALITY DEVELOPMENT

Tuscan Ridge is one of Florida's newest holiday villa developments, located on Highway 27 situated on the western side of Kissimmee surrounded by orange groves.

Interstate-4 highway and the 192 are only minutes away, so it enjoys easy access to all major routes in central Florida.

Our villa - Floridamax - is situated in the sub division 'Countryside at Tuscan Ridge' along Highway 27, approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes from Disney World.

Tuscan Ridge is different to many new developments. It is a blend of residential and Vacation Villas set on rolling hills. The most outstanding feature of Tuscan Ridge is the generous amount of space allocated between the Villas. On many developments you can almost touch the neighbouring property, but on Tuscan Ridge the open aspect of the development is enhanced by the wide frontages and easment areas around the Villas.

A retention pond has been built between the neighbouring development of "The Village" on Tuscan Ridge and a swamp area retained for the benefit of guests and wildlife alike.

Now that the development is maturing, mocking birds are returning to sing in the newly planted trees. Many owners - like us - have planted palm trees and a wide variety of shrubs and flowers to make the most of the large grassed banks.
