Our luxurious air conditioned 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with pool (heatable) is fitted with everything you need to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation in the Sunshine State of Florida. Our villa is spacious and light and has a large open planned living/dining area. As you enter this room you are greeted with Florida sunshine entering from the large windows which look out onto the pool. This room makes a quiet retreat after a long day at the theme parks. Cable television with DVD player and also hi-fi can be found here. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook and is fitted with all modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer with ice maker and has a comfortable informal dining area. A sliding door leads you to the pool area. A fully screened pool has loungers for you to relax on in the beautiful Floridian sunshine. The covered lanai has a ceiling fan with table and chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. As you lay by the pool you look out onto green grass and a conservation area full of wildlife. For those families with young children, there is a safety fence around the pool and alarms on the doors leading out to the pool area. There is also a BBQ for your use. The villa has 4 double bedrooms with walk in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 6ft bed, TV and its own en-suite facilities. The double bedroom has a 5ft bed and has its own ensuite bathroom. The two twin bedded rooms have cable TV and DVD players. There is also a family bathroom. Hair dryers are found in all three bathrooms as well as plenty of linen and towels. We also have a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a games room and high speed internet access. Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community with nature trails and cycle tracks, lakes with lots of birds and other wildlife, and has its own children’s play area. It is set in the countryside but is only 10 minutes away from Disney, 20 minutes to Seaworld and Discovery Cove (located up International Drive), 30 minutes to Universal Studios, approximately 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre and the coast, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and 24 hour supermarket. It is the ideal place to come back to after a hetic day out. The nearest airport is Orlando International and is only 25 minutes away. This villa is ideal for whatever type of holiday you have in mind from theme parks to sightseeing or golfing to lazing around by the pool. No more searching for management offices to pick up keys, our keys are left at the villa in a lockbox for your convenience. New to villa, high speed internet service and a brand new games room.
