The Villa has every modern convenience including two TV's and Videos, DVD, CD/Radio, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Large Microwave, Large Range Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Ice maker, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Play Station 2 Gas BBQ, and of course Air Conditioning. The villa now has TV's in all rooms and Internet access Via your Lap Top Since the Virtual Tour the villa has been redecorated both inside and out and has many new furnishings. The Kitchen is stocked with all equipment/utensils required for cooking any sort of meal. A fully equiped Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football, Electronic Darts and various board games, cards etc. Two sets of Golf Clubs are included for your use. It boasts a Lounge/Dining Room for more formal dining and also has a seperate Family Room with TV Video and Play Station 2. Various DVD's, Videos and Games are provided for your use. The Patio Doors which lead out to the Pool area are fully alarmed, as is the Pool Bathroom door for childrens safety. The Master Bedroom is En-suite which includes a large corner Bath with a separate Shower and walk in Wardrobe. This room is equipped with TV, DVD and Video. A hairdryer is also available. The Second Master Bedroom is also En-suite and includes a large wardrobe. The Two Twin Bedrooms both include large wardrobes and also share the bathroom which has direct access to the pool deck. All Towels and Linen are provided and there is free use of a Cot and High Chair and stroller. All Community facilities are included. There is a Large Swimming Pool, Club House and Gym. A telephone is provided and all local calls are free but you will need a phone card for long distance calls.
