Terra Verde Resort is a gated community, the magnificence of which begins at the colonnaded entry leading to a captivating rotunda. One look and you will know that you have entered into an Orlando Wonderland. Tucked neatly inside this gorgeous resort is New Mercies Villa. Offering the same sense of splendor, New Mercies Villa is a two story, 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath, fully air conditioned, heated, hi-speed wireless estate home that is designed to offer you and your family the ultimate experience in comfort and relaxation.
Once inside, you will be immediately captivated by the 13 foot vaulted ceiling that showers you in natural light as you sit in your spacious and luxurious family room which pushes a cool breeze to you from our balmy ceiling fan. This fantastic home offers an elegant yet cozy dining room furnished with some of the finest dishes and silverware you can imagine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room comes ready with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
Sleeping accommodation at New Mercies Villa includes 6 spacious bedrooms. The 2 master suites include king-size sleep-soft beds, with night stands and dressers, clock/radio/alarms and walk-in closet space. Relax watching cable TV or a movie on the DVD/VCR player under a relaxing ceiling fan. Pamper yourself in the en-suite bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi bath tubs, walk-in showers and his 'n' hers vanity basins. There are 2 additional master bedrooms that come with comfortable king-size beds, cable TV with DVD and VCR, nightstands and lamps, clock/radio/alarms, plus dressers, closet space, and either en-suite or adjacent bathrooms.
We didn’t forget the youngsters as two bedrooms are provided with 2 twin beds in each. Each of these rooms comes with a cable TV with a Sony Playstation 2 and assorted games. The villa also has telephones in a number of rooms. All allow local calls. However our phone in the kitchen is linked to the Freecall system and allows local, long distance and international calls free of charge. Our house also has hi-speed wired and wireless access. Just bring your laptop and surf away!
If golf is your game, well New Mercies Villa is ideally located to some of the best golf courses in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We are 12 minutes from Falcon’s Fire, 16 minutes from Cypress Creek and 17 minutes from Hunter’s Creek. Our concierge desk can set you up here or schedule you a tee time at one of the great golf courses nearby. The parks are no different as you can easily get to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or SeaWorld. Want to shop till you drop. We are 14 minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall and 22 minutes from the Belz Outlet Mall, two of the largest outlet malls in the country. Need more catering. Our concierge can schedule a massage at the clubhouse spa and exercise center.
If your stay at the parks, the golf course or the malls leaves you in the mood for an evening of fun at home. Well look no further. New Mercies Villa’s state-of-the-art home theatre system will give your family and friends “a night at the movies” to die for. Stare into an awe-inspiring Panasonic 42 inch Plasma TV and listen to Definitive Technology’s speakers driven by a Denon 7:1 Surround Sound Digital Home Theatre Receiver. Each piece of the home theatre system is an audiophile and videophile dream. Choose from the library of DVD's provided or go and get your own from the nearby rental shop. But we warn you, watching could be habit forming.
If movies are not your style, step out on to our extended shaded lanai that leads to our oversize sparkling pool and patio deck, with a bubbling spa pool. Enjoy evenings sitting on the cushioned pool furnishings, relax in the pool on the water lounger or play a game of pool volleyball; it is up to you. The pool is fully screened, provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Want some more fun? We have just added a games room, where you can enjoy playing pool, foosball, electronic darts, video games or testing your skill on the mini-putting green. There’s even a table, where your children can have fun coloring, reading a book or playing to their heart’s desire. Last but not least, there is a Karaoke machine so you can find the inner American Idol in you.
Need to connect with other people at the resort then you’ll love this. New Mercies Villa is located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk away from the Terra Verde clubhouse, where you can meet other guests, have a sauna, use the community pool and cabana, sit in the lounge, use the fitness center, or even use the IT center provided. Terra Verde is set up with you, the vacation traveler, in mind. After your stay is over, we know you’ll be sad to leave. We are. However, don’t fret. New Mercies Villa is a non-smoking property.
