Our home is fully air conditioned and carpeted throughout. It is situated in Chatham Park, just off the 192 in Kissimmee. You are only a ten minute drive away from experiencing all the fun and magic of Disney's Kingdom, or the thrills of the Universal theme parks with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Situated just off the 192 in Kissimmee, it is only a very short drive to all shopping and restaurant amenities. A large family room overlooks the lake. There is a 32” satellite TV with over 100 channels and DVD plus high speed internet, a three-seater sofa and one reclining rocking chair. The adjacent living/dining area has a full size dining table and chairs plus a three and two-seater sofa. The master bedroom also has a satellite TV and a king-size bed plus en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. A hair dryer is supplied for your convenience. There is a walk-in closet and a plentiful supply of towels, face cloths and beach/pool towels. A cot, high chair and baby car seat are also supplied for the convenience of a young family. Second bedroom has a queen size double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is a second bathroom/shower for both these bedrooms, this also has a full supply of towels and face cloths. A fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, electric cooker, waste disposal unit and fridge freezer, plus a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a breakfast table and chairs. There is a laundry area with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer plus iron and ironing board. The outside south-facing pool area overlooks the lake. It is screened and is equipped with table and chairs and relaxing patio furniture. The pool is solar heated. Optional gas pool heating is available during the winter months if required, but this carries an additional charge. We have a very friendly and efficient Management Company if you have any problems or questions during your stay. Other local amenities include a large community pool, tennis courts, basketball court and children's play area. If you feel like a change from the theme parks, head west and the idyllic beaches of the Gulf Coast are within easy reach or head east to the Atlantic and the Kennedy Space Centre. You can also swim with the dolphins at Discovery Cove which is situated next to Sea World (pre-booking is advised) For those brave enough, Summit Plummet at Disney's Blizzard Beach is one to boast about on your return home!
