Blue Skies Villa is a luxuriously furnished Florida villa set amongst fragrant orange groves, located just moments away from all the excitement of the theme parks,and the popular highway 192. Disney World is just 10 minutes drive away, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and International Drive a further 10 minutes drive.
The private fully screened pool is over 26 feet in length and has a large sunbathing area with sunloungers as well as a covered outside area with table and chairs. The pool can be heated for use during the cooler months (November to February) to make sure the pool is kept at the optimum temperature.
The villa is within five minutes of Lake Louisa State Park, where you will find nature trails, cycling, fishing and boating. Orange Tree has its own football pitch, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and is surrounded by scented orange groves. Orange Tree is one of the newest communities in the kissimmee area and our Florida villa which is built on a large estate lot, is fully carpeted, air-conditioned and has a double garage.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need including all bed linen, towels, cot, high chair, hairdryers, cable TV in every room, wide screen TV in family room, Hi-Fi stereo, DVD player, X Box games console, full size pool table, internet access with PC and WiFi, alarm clocks in all bedrooms, plenty of clothes hangers, telephone with FREE international calls to the UK and Canada. The property has a full kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, double sink with waste disposal, large american fridge freezer with ice maker and all the necessary cooking utensils you would expect. We also have a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Within a few minutes drive you will find a variety of restaurants, fast food and supermarkets including a 24 hour Wal Mart.
We have a full time management team who maintain and clean the villa to the highest standards and are also on call 24 hours a day (toll free telephone number) to respond to any problems you may encounter. They inspect the villa a few hours prior to your arrival to ensure everything is perfect upon your arrival.
