Detailed Description Our beautiful single storey new home completed in April 2005 is situated on the peaceful, conservation, upmarket development of Sandy Ridge, 2.5 miles east of Junction 58 of the I4, just past Reunion and only 10 minutes from Disney World main gate. It is situated in a secluded location with views of the woodland conservation areas to the front and rear of the property. For those looking for the sun the extended deck and pool are south west facing which will enable you to take advantage of those golden rays from 9.00am through to sunset. The property has been fitted out personally by the owners (not the typical vacation home rental furniture ) so if you want luxury and style in a great location, at an attractive price with the highest standards in vacation accommodation, then our premium luxury vacation home will certainly not disappoint. We also now feature a computer with high speed wireless internet access, so keeping up to date and finding information on the internet is now available The lounge area is situated at the rear of the property and incorporates a luxurious appointed leather suite comprising of a large sofa plus love seat arm chair, a coffee table occasional tables and table lamps. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the lounge and take in the view of the pool, deck area and the conservation woodlands beyond as you look through the patio doors leading out onto the covered lanai. A 32” Sony TV, a combination VCR/DVD player plus a CD/radio music system are housed in the entertainment centre. There is a small selection of DVD’s. There is a dining area with a glass table and 6 chairs adjoining the lounge. There is a fully equipped kitchen comprising a large cooker with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses, as well as tumblers that are suitable for use around the pool. The kitchen area also has a breakfast bar with four swivel bar stools plus further seating in the breakfast nook where you will find a table and four chairs. A telephone (with free local calls) is available on the breakfast bar and a wall- mounted fire extinguisher has been fitted in the pantry. The laundry area in the garage contains a full size washing machine and tumble drier. A laundry basket, iron and ironing board are all supplied. The games area is also located in the garage and has a full size 7 ft air hockey table plus a football table. There is a fan and light system for improved lighting and playing conditions. The first Master bedroom in burred walnut has a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe, two 2-drawer bedside units with lamps and a large dresser with mirror. There is also a 14” cable TV and separate DVD player plus a telephone and clock radio. There is also a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit with lights and mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet, a separate toilet and double width walk-in shower with seating. The second Master bedroom has a King sleigh bed and beautiful cherry furniture, which includes two bedside units with lamps and a large dresser with mirror plus a fitted wardrobe. The room is also fitted out with 14” cable TV, DVD player plus clock radio. A ceiling fan has also been provided. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a fitted wardrobe, bedside unit with lamp and a large dresser with mirror. It also features a 14” cable TV with separate DVD player. As with all the rooms this one also has a ceiling fan. The first of two twin bedrooms sleeps two people in twin beds in comfort and incorporates a bedside unit with lamp, clock radio, a large fitted wardrobe plus a wall mirror. There is also Sony PS2 play station connected to the 19” cable TV , the play station will also play DVD’s. A number of play station games have been provided. The second twin bedroom sleeps two people in twin beds and includes a bedside unit with lamp and large fitted wardrobe. There is also a 16” cable TV with separate DVD player plus a clock radio The main bathroom is also the pool bath and has easy access from the pool area, it incorporates a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, plus a bath with shower. An outstanding feature of the villa is the extended screened deck area which contains the spa and 28’x14’ swimming pool with fantastic views of the conservation woodland. The pool has solar heating plus electric heating for the cooler months. The lanai which has a fan and light houses an octagonal table and 4 luxury padded chairs, other poolside furniture, include two sun loungers and two chaise loungers with foot stools all with doubled sided padded cushions. The pool and decking area are relatively private with an open aspect to the rear giving great views of woodland containing Florida’s natural flora and fauna. The pool and spa can be lit at night using under water lights. Access to this area is via the patio doors from the lounge or through the pool bath area. For the winter months an electric pool heater is available at an additional cost. Please be advised in addition to the pool child safety fence there is a Pool alarm on patio doors leading to the swimming area for the children’s safety. Upon exit/entry the alarm will automatically sound, although there is a delay button for the adults, make sure to close the door as soon as you exit/enter. Please note that the pool door alarm has nothing to do with alarm system installed in the villa.
