FLORIDA VILLA, 10 MINUTES FROM DISNEY, WITH DISNEY THEMED BEDROOM
Our lovely florida villa is situated on a corner plot in Chatham Park, which is one of the most sought after locations in Kissimmee. Chatham Park is just off highway 192 it's in a quiet location yet within minutes you are in the heart of all the attractions with Disney only ten minutes away with restraunts, shops, and the famous WAL-MART only a two minute drive. Chatham Park has a beautiful lake and large communal pool, tennis courts, basketball court, children's play area and are all free to our guests. our villa is a three bedroom/two bathroom villa with private heated pool, Sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. Our home is fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fans in all rooms for total comfort and relaxation. . It's newly furnished and with new quality carpets fitted. The family room/dining room has Cable TV and DVD player,All telephone calls are free including international calls,two large comfortable sofas, which one is a sleeper sofa. Dining table and chairs, patio doors leading on to patio and pool area. The pool is 24ft long 12ft wide which on request can be fully heated (optional extra cost), patio table and chairs, bench with a gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with large matching dresser and mirror, night stands, cable TV, radio alarm clock, large 10ft by 5ft walk-in wardrobe and with en-suite and vanity unit, large well lit mirror, shower, roman bath and toilet. The second bedroom features double bed and large closet, chest of draws and night stands, lamps, radio alarm clock. The third bedroom features two twin beds and night stand and draws, Mickey Mouse lamps, radio alarm clock and closet and is decorated in a Disney theme a Childs delight. There is a second bathroom with vanity unit, shower, bath and toilet serving bedrooms two and three. All towels, linen and hairdryer are provided. Highchair,Cot/Crib and two strollers provided to use free. Rollaway bed can be hired from our management company in advance at $35. per week. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes a waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave oven over cooker, large American size fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, etc There is also a breakfast table and chairs. The laundry area with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is located in the adjoining large garage with full size Table-Tennis Table. It would be hard to list every item in our home, all you need to bring is yourselves, clothes and sunscreen.
