: Features a 9 foot doorwall which opens up to a screened in lanai & pool area. Comfortable furnishings: sofa & love seat, Entertainment center ( cable tv, dvd player, PLAYSTATION 2, stereo radio, and vcr), high ceilings/ceiling fan.  Movies, Books & Games for your enjoyment!

KITCHEN

: Fully stocked, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, all utensils, Wall phone

LAUNDRY

: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board.

LIVING & DINING AREA

: Comfortable area to relax - nicely furnished - dining area has seating for six.  Great area for family dining!

MASTER BEDROOM

: Spacious - KING (Euro Super King)  bed, cable tv, telephone, alarm radio, walk-in closet, ceiling fan & ENSUITE BATH!!  (Large tub, shower, double sinks)

2ND BEDROOM

: QUEEN ( Euro King)  bed with spacious closet, cable tv & ceiling fan.

3RD BEDROOM

: Twin beds with spacious closet and ceiling fan.

LANAI & POOL AREA

: 10x24 covered screened lanai with ceiling fan, wet baR. Includes table with seating for 6 & 2 loungers. Pool heat is optional. A pool cover is provided to help maintain the pools heat - very helpful during night hours. POOL SAFETY FENCE PROVIDED.

CHILD ACCESSORIES

: FREE: Crib, Highchair, and Stroller.

An email we recently received

 Just wanted to drop you a few quick words to say thank-you for allowing us to stay at your vacation home in Davenport.    Everyone had a perfect vacation & they absolutely loved the home.    It was terrific having the pool heated & it got used every morning & evening.    There was lots to do in the proximity of the home & I'm sure it helped make our vacation even more enjoyable.      So from all of us to you & your husband we say THANKS A BUNCH & best to you both in the new year!
