The villa is situated in a quiet, select development, less than 4 miles from Disney's Main gate, the entrance to the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT. MGM Studios and the Animal Kingdom. Lindfields is approximately 1/2 hour from Orlando Int'l airport, and both the Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast can be visited in a day.
Description
The property is fully equipped, air conditioned, and has its own private heated pool. It comprises 3 bedrooms: a Master bedroom with a double bed plus En-Suite bathroom, plus two other bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds sharing the 2nd bathroom. There is also a large convertible settee. It has an integral Double Garage and backs on to a small lake, the other side of which is a Conservation area.
It is managed by a local Management Company, who carry out all the cleaning and maintenance. Also, if you do have any problems/queries whilst you are there, they are available.

1 Queen Bed, 1 Double bed, 2 Single beds.
