Sunny Dunes Villa

‘’SUNNY DUNES’ is a fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom villa with an all important SOUTH FACING POOL,  set on the championship golfing community of Southern Dunes.  The surroundings are lush and impeccably kept on this gated community.   The villa is extremely spacious with an open plan living area, high vaulted cathedral ceilings give a fantastic light, airy and spacious feel.  There is full air conditioning giving you the comfort of knowing the villa will keep cool and comfortable even on the hottest of days.  Free use of high speed internet and local calls too. There are three bedrooms, the master has a spacious  ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and dressing room, with patio doors leading directily out onto the pool.  Two further bedrooms are one queen and one twin which share the second house bathroom.  A sofa bed in the large lounge area sleeps a further two people (villa sleeps 8 in total).   All rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard.  The villa is a particularly spacious design, the patio doors of the lounge lead directly to the large deck and covered pool area which is south facing so that you can make the most of the sun throughout the day and evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’re likely to need during your stay. There is also a laundry with washing machine and tumble drier for your use. All linen and towels are provided for your use at the villa.   Guests with a baby may allso use baby equipment at no extra charge.   Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a renown, top ranked golfing community which is so popular because of its close proximity to Disney. You have the benefit of all the golf facilities on your doorstep, shops and restaurants within walking distance, no need to take the car, yet easy travel to all major Orlando attractions. As a gated community, Southern Dunes offers security from 6pm/6am, given you even extra peace of mind. You have access to superb golf on this four star Championship Golf course and driving range, plus: • fantastic club house for you to use, with restaurant facilities • three community pools, including one near Olympic sized • fitness centre • pool table, • tennis courts • children's playground • boating / fishing lake Just outside the gates, within walking distance, is a Wal-Mart Superstore, a Winn Dixie Marketplace, a Dollar Tree, Bank of America, Taco Bell, a Service Station and also a Walgreens pharmacy.  Across the road there are a range of facilities including a Blockbuster Store, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Checkers and a Chinese Restaurant.     There are many more top restaurante  within a 5-10 minute drive.
