Spacious 4 Bed Villa, South Facing Private Pool, 15 mins from Disney, 5 mins from Champions Gate, Kissimmee.
The unique thing about my lovely, fully air conditioned villa is that there is plenty of space and privacy. It is on a large corner plot surrounded by a hedge and landscaped gardens.
The pool is south facing and VERY private, it also has an extended cool deck with table, chairs and loungers for eating/relaxing outside under the shade.
Sunridge Woods is a peaceful location yet only 15 minutes from Disney World and all its attractions, 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 70 mins from Sanford Airport. The 192 highway with all its shops and restaurants is only a short drive away.
The villa has:-
* a large master bedroom with 6ft bed, cathedral ceiling with fan, Cable TV/video, walk-in wardrobe with Personal Safe, ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate bath. A kingsize bedroom and two twin rooms all with ample storage.
* a kitchen which is fully equipped with all major appliances.
* a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and board. All linen and towels (including pool) are provided and there is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

The pool is South Facing and VERY private with covered lanai with tables, chairs and loungers. Surrounded by a hedge and landscaped gardens - Not neighbours!!
Master bedroom with 6th bed, cathedral ceilings, TV/Video. Ensuite with large walk-in wardrobe and personal safe, large shower and separate bath. Door leading to the pool.
Spacious lounge which overlooks the pool area where you can relax and listen to the CD/DVD player.
The second bedroom has a Kingsize bed (US Queensize)with ample storage.
Games Room with full-sized table tennis table, foosball, dartboard, bikes/helmets.
