The Great-room is open plan, large and spacious, and fully air-conditioned with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan.

The Dining area is well appointed and has comfortable seating for 8.

The Lounge area has cable TV, Radio/CD player and an assortment of Games for the family.

The Kitchen/Nook is light & spacious with views over an Orange Grove, comfortable seating and comes fully equipped.
Gourmet kitchen has plenty of work space and cupboards and is fitted with top of the range appliances with ice maker. Ice is always available for those long cool summer drinks or a little something on the rocks!

Utility room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

1st Master Bedroom with American King Size Bed and Full En-suite. There is Direct Access to the Lanai / Pool Area.

Pool/Spa Side. There are 4 sun loungers so you can relax and soak up the Florida sun or cool off and swim in the luxury private pool or relax in the spa.

Bar-B-Q for your outdoor dining (look out for the Disney Fireworks display in the evenings).
