Sunridge Woods is a small select development comprising of luxury detached homes set amongst small lakes and conservation area, being close enough to the I4 to get around quickly, but far enough away that you wouldn't know it was there!
Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house complete with 30ft x 15ft heated private swimming pool. Is superbly situated, being only 7 miles south of the Disney main gate area and the US192, making all major attractions within easy reach. There are various shops, restaurants located at ‘ Champions Gate Shopping Plaza’ which is approximately 2 miles away. Cocoa Beach with the famous ‘Ron Jon Surf Shop’ and the Space Coast are approximately 1¼hrs drive away with Tampa and the Gulf Coast with its white sandy beaches, just one hour away. The drive from Orlando International Airport takes about 20mins and Sanford International Airport approx. 45mins. The single storey villa is fully air conditioned, extremely comfortable and furnished in the Floridian style, the accommodation/location is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun, by the pool, or just unwinding at the end of the day after exploring the many attractions. There is a large living area which has high cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, where you can relax in comfort; it is spacious, bright and airy with plenty of comfortable seating to allow you to spend some quiet time whilst relaxing away from the parks. There is a selection of reading books for all ages for your use, along with a free highspeed wi-fi internet connection, a 32inch LCD multi-channel TV complete with DVD player along with a small selection of films are provided for your enjoyment, patio doors lead to the pool area. The dining area has a table and chairs large enough for the family to eat together.
The villa has emergency back up lighting, smoke alarms and a Fire extinguisher. There is a crib/cot, Highchair available for your use free of charge. For those early morning starts to the parks all bedrooms have an alarm clock. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. All linens and towels, including pool towels are provided for your use. We also have a gas barbecue for our guests to use, all we ask is that you clean it after each use and leave it in a clean condition. A individual security door code is provided for stress free access, no lengthy check-ins on arrival. We do not allow Pets in the Villa this protects those who may or may not know they have animal allergy. We do not allow smoking in the villa
