DISCOUNTS We offer discounts to groups of 6 or less and stays of 21 nights or more (excluding Christmas). We also offer a discounted rate to snowbirders. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to start date of holiday DLW - Damage Liability Waiver - A fee of £30/$45 will be added to the cost of the villa and this is non-refunable. CLEANING CHARGE For bookings of 5 nights or less a cleaning charge of £65/$105 will be added to the rental cost CHANGE OVER DAYS The change over day is flexible.
