DISCOUNTS We offer discounts to groups of 6 or less and stays of 21 nights or more (excluding Christmas). We also offer a discounted rate to snowbirders. POOL/SPA HEATING This is optional and is charged at a rate of £90/$170 per week if requested at time of booking. For bookings from 3rd January 2007 this will be charged at £95/$175 per week DEPOSIT/PAYMENT A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to start date of holiday SECURITY BOND A £200/$380 security bond is required 6 weeks prior to arrival date. This is fully refundable pending an inspection of the villa from our management company. CLEANING CHARGE For bookings of 5 nights or less a cleaning charge of £80/$150 will be added to the rental cost CHANGE OVER DAYS The change over day is flexible.
