The villa is situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes estate which is located just of Highway 27, mid-way between the 192 & the I4.

The Hampton Lakes estate has a communal swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts and two children's play areas. In addition to the above the villa has it's own, fully screened & heated south facing pool.

On entering the villa, you are in the living room with ample seating and dining area. The sofa folds out into a queen bed, if required. Through the living room is the family room with cable TV and DVD player. Access to the fully screened, South facing pool is through glass sliding doors. There is a fully fitted Kitchen and equipped with four ring cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer with ice dispenser. There is also a breakfast area and a separate utility room with automatic washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The en-suite features a pool-bath door, separate shower and bath. Bedroom Two has a double-size bed and closet. Bedroom Three has two single beds and closet.
