Its all about Location, Location, Location and the fantastic Orange Grove villa is conveniently located in the quiet, peaceful community of Windwood Bay, yet offers easy access to all major Florida attractions. The community has a blend of short term rentals and residential homes.

With picturesque homes, all in bright colours, the setting is so peaceful it is hard to imagine you are so near to all the attractions. It certainly is the perfect setting for families visiting the theme parks.

In fact Disney is so handy that you may wish to come back to the villa for lunch, an afternoon swim or siesta, and then return later fully re-energized.

For the keen golfer, the villa’s neighbouring Championsgate, two courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Ledbetter Golf Academy and Disney's new Reunion Resort with its 3 signature golf courses designed by Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus are less than a 5 minute drive away. More than 40 other golf courses are also within easy reach.

The Pool and Sheltered Lanai

This 28’ pool is south facing, allowing maximum sun from dawn till dusk. There is also comfortable patio dining for upto 10 people plus sun loungers !!!

The pool has two love seats the ultimate place to sit submerged in cool water. At night the pool comes alive with different colours, from deep purples to luscious greens.

Fine mesh surrounds the pool area to provide ideal protection from mosquitos and other insects, without blocking any sun.

Fancy a welcome break in the shade from the Floridian sun, but without having to go indoors? Not a problem, The Orange Gove offers a covered patio (lanai) area, this way you can still keep an eye on those little ones splashing around in the pool in a shaded environment.

The lanai also doubles up as the ultimate place to dine “al fresco” style or maybe you wish to enjoy drinks by the poolside with friends and family till late into the evening.

There is also a bathroom located directly off the lanai for your convenience.

For safety there is a screen around the pool, this can be removed totally or in separate pieces. There are also alarms on both the patio doors and the door to the bathroom.

The Nook

Just of the kitchen area you will find a delightful informal dining area, which enjoys a pool view. This makes an ideal setting to relish a hearty breakfast before heading off to either one of the many theme parks or shopping malls.

The Kitchen

The Orange Grove boasts a fully equipped kitchen. Apart from the large appliances such as the Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, oven and hob, microwave, garbage disposal, this kitchen is also stocked with toaster, kettle, pans, knifes, forks, plates, everything is there right down to the simple but essential bottle opener and corkscrew.

In addition to the above there is a separate laundry room complete with separate washer and dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron provided.

The Family Room

What can we say? This large family entertainment area is furnished with three large comfy sofa’s for your relaxation after a busy day having fun.

The centre attraction is a 55” HD Colour TV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound; this comes complete with cable TV and a DVD player. The cable also includes the new HD channels.

The Formal Room

Maybe after the excitement, high spirits and exhilaration of your fun filled day, you wish to just “chill out”, put your feet up and read a book or discuss the day’s events with friends and family, don’t worry we have just the room for you.

The formal room is spacious and luxurious furnished with an Italian leather sofa and chair, the focal point of this room is the fireplace with its floral display.

This room also presents an elegant formal dining area which seats 6 at the table, perfect for any entertaining you have planned.

The Den

The upstairs Den area provides yet another reception room, which is appealing for both children and adults alike.

Here you will find a large comfy sofa, which rolls out into a double bed. There is a colour TV with cable and a Playstation II/DVD. There are also plenty of board games and books provided for your amusement.

The Master Bedroom (Ensuite)

The exceptionally large Master Bedroom with is majestic double entry doors is just heavenly. With delightful décor this room includes a generously sized four posted king bed, dresser, two bed-side cabinets, a reading chair, cable TV, radio alarm clock, ceiling fan and palm trees.

The adjoining en-suite bathroom has both a Shower and a Bath, sink, toilet.

The Master Bedroom also boasts a generously sized walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage/hanging space.

The Master Bedroom II (Ensuite)

Master bedroom II is furnished with queen size bed, cable TV, dresser, two bed side cabinets, and radio alarm clock.

An en-suite bathroom with combined bath and shower, sink and toilet is attached, together with another sizeable walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 (Oasis Room - Twin)

This twin room has charming décor, a lush palm tree encircled by sand dunes.

The room comprises of two twin beds, dresser, night-lamp, ceiling fan, has its own walk-in wardrobe and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4 (The Cosmic Room - Twin)

This twin room is a space odyssey, with planets exhibited around the walls; Buzz Lightyear would be thrilled with it.

Again this room comprises of two twin beds, dresser, night-lamp, ceiling fan, has its own walk-in wardrobe and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 (Master Ensuite)

Bedroom 5 is conveniently located downstairs, has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, dresser, radio alarm clock, spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with combined bath and shower.

This room also benefits from a pool view.

Games room

Whatever your game, the Orange Grove has it all, from pool table, to foosball and electronic darts. There is also a small table and four chairs for the spectators to watch in comfort whilst unwinding and a ceiling fan to supply a gentle breeze when the competition gets tough.
