The Reservation
The 'Reservation' is ideal for larger families, two families sharing or even a party of golfers. The villa will comfortably accomodate up to 12 people! The moment you walk into the large open plan living area and look through the windows to the pool and fabulous views beyond, you will appreciate why we fell in love with this villa!
We have taken our inspiration for the decoration from the native american indians and have included everything for a fabulous holiday!! The spacious family room is the heart of the villa. At the end of a busy day, sink into one of the three comfortable leather reclining sofas and watch one of the 60 chanels available on the plasma screen cable tv, or watch a dvd or video. Turn the lights down low and listen to one of the relaxing cds from the small library. A ceiling fan creates a tropical atmosphere.
The adjoining dining area is perfect for a more formal meal with its beautiful cherry dining room furniture seating te, or even for playing one of the board games with all the family. For a quick snack or a more informal meal, the breakfast area & breakfast bar provides further dining opportunities for ten.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all you require for preparing to eat in - it comes complete with oven & hob, microwave, large, double door fridge freezer [with ice maker & chilled, filtered water dispenser], dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit and large walk in larder. Of course we have added all the crockery & glassware that you could require as well as a toaster & filtered coffee maker. The separate laundry room has a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board, so there is no need to take a case full of unclean washing home to do!
The adjoining computer nook includes a pc with broadband internet access - you can keep up to date with all your friends at home! Or use your own laptop with the wireless router; imagine surfing the net at the side of the pool!!
The games room adjoins and includes a full sized snooker table, air hockey table and darts board. Pop in for a quick game when you want a change from the pool!
The Master Bedroom is huge; in fact it could be better described as a master suite! It features its own en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, marble corner bath, twin basins with twin-lighted vanity mirror and a separate WC. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with digital safe & dedicated linen store. The bedroom itself includes a canopied king sized bed, dressing table, side tables with lamps, telephone & clock radio. There is even room for a comfortable sofa, coffee table & large screen cable TV and hi-fi in a beautiful mahogany armoire. Its an ideal place to get away from it all! The centre ceiling fan & light contribute to the airy feel & the views over the golf course through the large windows are incomparable.
There are two further en-suite bedrooms. One is conveniently placed on the ground floor with queen bed, wall mounted lcd cable tv and an en-suite bathroom, [which doubles as a useful pool bathoom and downstairs WC].
The second double bedroom on the first floor features another king sized bed in limed oak with marble trim, cable tv in a fabulous armoire and impressive dressing table. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, basin and WC
One of the 3 Twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Two further twin rooms are located on the first floor & share a family bathroom which is decorated with a cheerful seaside theme and includes bath with shower over, WC & twin basins with lighted vanity mirror. The first of the twin rooms on the first floor is ideal for dolphin lovers of all ages with its dolphin bed linen, lacey curtains reminiscent of sea spray & many pictures of these fabulous creatures. The second twin room is decorated with a pioneering flavour and includes a Sony PS2. Each bedroom includes dressing table, large walk in wardrobe, cable tv and centre light with fan.
The fabulous pool at this villa is an amazing 30 feet by 16 feet and 6 feet deep! But whether you are going to try a few lengths or just relax in the Floridian sun, the patio area is just perfect! **New for 2009 is the fabulous freestanding hot tub; always ready at 90' to welcome you for a relaxing spa! The views are incomparable - look past the mature patio garden, through the pine trees to the first fairway and the driving range beyond. Why not plan a quiet day lazing by the pool on the padded sun loungers, taking a dip and having an al fresco lunch at the patio table?
Highlands Reserve, situated off US Highway 27 , is one of the most prestigous holiday & residential golfing communities in the Orlando area. It is set in a peaceful location amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees & orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions of the area and only 3 minutes away from a variety of shops. All our villas offer uninterrupted views over the Par 72 Championship golfcourse. There is also a tennis court on site, a communal pool, a club house serving snacks, a driving range & an adventure playground for the little ones!!!
