Sunset Lakes is a premier semi-residential community situated off the 192 Irlo Bronson Highway to the west of Interstate 4. World Drive, where you will find the Disney theme parks, is less than 10 minutes drive away. Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive are within easy access, and the splendid beach of Daytona on the gold coast and Clearwater beach on the gulf coast are just over an hour away. Shopping, dining and supermarkets are all within a 10-minute drive. This superb executive villa is situated on a new development and is furnished to the highest standard. On entry the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. All living areas are air conditioned for your comfort and we have added ceiling fans in all rooms. There is ample room to sleep eight people and there is a high chair and a fold up cot for a baby. Living area has a 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa and lounge chair allowing you to watch the TV in comfort. There is a music system that plays CD’s and tapes and a VCR/DVD player and a selection of family films. The 12 foot patio doors fully retract to invite you out to the pool and deck area where you will find the alfresco dining table and chairs. Just a few steps further you will find the sunloungers to help you relax. The pool is heated by Solar although additional electric heating is available in the winter months for a small additional charge Towels for use by the pool can be found in both the bathrooms. Dining area has seating for up to six people and features a bar area for your enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar seating up to 4 people. We have provided additional crockery and drinkware for use by the pool. Fully fitted kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge, freezer with automatic ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many other home comforts. The washer and dryer are located away from the kitchen in the garage. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and ample drawer space. There is also a TV, clock radio and a bedside phone. The large patio doors give you access to the pool. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower/bath tub, twin vanity and a W.C. There is a safe located in the large bathroom cupboard and a hairdryer is provided under the vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. There is also a TV, clock radio and 2 bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 has two single beds with a wardrobe 2 chests of drawers, T V with VCR and a clock radio. Family bathroom has a large shower/bath tub, twin vanity, W.C. and towel closet. There is also a hairdryer under the vanity unit. The pool and deck is accessed from either the living area or the master suite. There is an outside pool shower and a half bathroom (W.C. and vanity) beside the 27’ x 12’ pool. A B.B.Q. is located in the garage for use during your stay. Both pool and patio areas are screened for your comfort.
