Our luxurious new villa is now available for rental. It is a fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom (2 master), 3 bathroom (2 ensuite) villa with pool and spa and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the heart of the Sunshine State.
The villa is located in Tuscan Hills, which is a brand new development situated just south of the intersection between Highway 27 and the 192. It is a gated community that offers an ideal base with the Walt Disney World resort just a 10 minute drive away, as well as shopping facilities only a few yards down the road, and easy access to the restaurants on the 192.
The main living area has a vaulted ceiling to give the building a spacious feel that radiates to the rest of the house and all the upholstery has been chosen with comfort and luxury in mind. There is a vast selection of electrical equipment for your use, including a DVD player, VCR and PS2, a large screen cable television in the Family Room and a television in each bedroom, as well as traditional entertainment like a pool table, air hockey table, electronic dartboard and a foosball table in the garage, which has been converted into a Games Room The kitchen has everything you are likely to need during your stay. This includes a large refrigerator with built-in ice machine, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine,tumble drier, cutlery and glasses. All towels and bed linen are also provided for your convenience.
The private screened pool can be heated (charges apply) and there is a relaxing spa for your use while you are staying at the villa. Also, sun loungers and chairs are provided on the sun terrace around the pool so that you can soak up all that Florida sun.
A lock box is provided for your keys with pin number access. All our guests will also benefit from FREE WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CALLS to landlines for the duration of their stay with us.
If you decide to venture out further to soak up the sun, then the famous beaches of Clearwater on the west coast and Daytona Beach on the east coast are both within easy reach from the central location of this property. With many world famous golf courses, on top of everything else that Florida has to offer, it's easy to see why so many people choose it as their vacation destination every year. Our Villa is now available to rent and we are currently taking bookings.

This very comfortable Family Room is complete with large TV, Video/DVD and Playstation 2.
The large kitchen area has a breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all modern appliances including electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave etc.

Both Master Bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard and have en-suite bathrooms. The first Master opens onto the swimming pool.
Both twin bedrooms are tastefully furnished to appeal to adults and children alike.
The games room has a great selection of games for young and old. There is a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and electronic dart board all for your entertainment when you are not at the parks.
Beautiful large heated South facing Swimming Pool and Spa attract sunshine all day long. Covered Lanai gives some shade when needed with a ceiling fan to cool you down.
