Luxury Villa - Pine Tree Villa

We would be thrilled to welcome you to our beautiful rental home in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community. Our luxury, Orlando villa, near Disney, has 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, making it ideal for two families to share and two further twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom. Each bedroom has a Cable TV and plenty of wardrobe space, linen and towels . The 2 master bedrooms also have radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. We have a safe which can be used free of charge.

After a hectic day why not unwind in our very spacious family room, watching one of the many channels on our huge 52 inch cable television, or choose a DVD from our selection of movies. Play on our PS2 or relax with one of our books or games. We now have a Pool Table in the 2nd living room so you can play with the comfort of air conditioning.

For those days when you just want to chill out by the pool see our fabulous 28ft pool with bubbling spa. There's comfortable patio furniture and plenty of room on our extended deck which faces south so you can enjoy the sun right through the day, even in the winter. If the sun gets too much for you or your children we have a covered porch/lanai with ceiling fan for some welcome shade. We also have a removable toddler safety fence here to keep our younger guests safe from the pool.

With a lovely view over the peaceful golf course and pool lighting to set the mood, why not enjoy some evening outdoor dining while you watch the glorious sunsets. For your comfort we have a mesh screen covering the area to keep those unwanted insects out.

We have alarmed patio doors leading from the Master bedroom and Family Room to the pool area and the 2nd master ensuite has a door to the patio making it a very convenient poolside bathroom. Everything you may need for your holiday is provided in our fully equipped kitchen, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice making facility, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. In the laundry room which leads to the double garage, we have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

When you're not eating out at one of the numerous restaurants the area has to offer, we have a formal dining room which seats 6 people in addition to the breakfast nook, seating 4, which looks out to the patio. There is air conditioning throughout our home together with ceiling fans in most rooms.

There is no need for you to bring your children's stroller, highchair or crib as these are all provided free of charge. All linen and towels are supplied and there is a telephone with free local calls. We also have a BBQ which you are welcome to use free of charge.

We also now have a monitored alarm system for added security for your belongings
