The accommodation consists of:-
Five bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a full/double with bathroom and two are twin bedrooms. The first master contains a
king sized bed and the second a queen sized bed.
The two master suites each have a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with large bath and shower, while the master suite has the added
luxury of a large walk in closet and the second master has a large built in closet and drawers.
The third bedroom contains a full/double sized bed and an en-suite bathroom while bedrooms four and five each have two single beds.
All three have a large built in closet and drawers. A fourth bathroom is available, complete with a large bath/shower which is
shared by bedrooms four and five.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the
appliances with adjoining fully equipped laundry room.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook area which is ideal for informal dining.
A large lounge and formal dining room make this extremely spacious home ideal for up to twelve guests.
The games room incorporates an 8ft professionally installed slate
bed pool table, foosball table and electronic darts game along with a bar table and chairs which allows you to relax comfortably whilst
playing/watching the entertainment.
Outside, the 26' x 13' south facing pool and spa are surrounded by a large extended deck, which includes a covered lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. This is all fully screened, helping to
keep the pool clean. There is also access to a 0.5 bathroom.
This villa is equipped with all the amenities for a great vacation -
including 4 T.V.'s, V.C.R., 2 D.V.D.'s, hairdryers, telephone, security safe, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer, dryer etc.
The kitchen features a gas cooker, microwave, waste disposal,
fridge/freezer/icemaker.
There is an abundant supply of china, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Towels and bed linen are provided as are a free crib, highchair and stroller.
Wireless high speed internet access is available should you wish to keep in touch with family and friends through your own laptop
computer during your stay.
Access to the pool deck is from the lounge, dining room and master bedroom and is furnished with table, padded chairs and loungers.
The pool can also be heated for the cooler months.
Tuscan Ridge is ideally located for all the major attractions and offers a childrens play area, tennis court and community centre with gym equipment actually situated on this superb development. All of
these facilities are within walking distance of the villa.
Disney World, Celebration and the world renowed International Drive
with it's numerous attractions are all within a 20 minutes drive.
Many other facilities including a whole host of shops, diners, bars,
restaurants, bank and hypermarket are all within minutes of our front door. There are over 20 golf courses to be found within a 20 mile radius and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course, which is the home of David Leadbetters Golfing Academy, is located only 5 minutes drive away.
