Golf / Lake View Villa

The villa has three bedrooms – one master with ensuite, a double and a twin. The other bedrooms share a family bathroom. There is also a toilet in the pool area. As an ex-show house the villa has an upgraded furniture package which also includes flooring and work surfaces. The lounge and master bedroom have TV's (including cable). There is also a video, play station / DVD and music centre. There is a formal dining area as well as the dinette. The pool and spa are fully screened and solar heated. There is a child screen available if required. The pool area has a large lanai with loungers, table and chairs. The pool is South facing. A gas BBQ is available for use free of charge, although you will have to obtain the gas from the local petrol station for a few dollars. The villa is situated in the Pine Valley section of the Rotonda circle. Rotonda has 6 golf courses within the circle and the villa is situated on the Pine Valley course, with the view of the lake on the golf course. Rotonda is close to Englewood and Port Charlotte and is a fantastic spot to explore Florida as you can go up to Disney or down to the Everglades in a day trip. The Gulf beaches are sandy, lovely, long and empty. There is plenty of shelling and searching for shark teeth to help the time go by. Local beaches are just a ten minute drive away. Local actives include golf, tennis, fishing, shopping and playgrounds for the children. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped for everything you would need to have a fantastic holiday.
