Formal lounge with sumptuous sofas and an exotic palm leaf shaped ceiling fan, slowly spinning, creating a wonderful soft breeze. The room is spacious, light and airy with a large window which frames a breathtaking view of the golf course.
The family room is a wonderful room for the whole family to relax in. This double aspect room has fabulous views over the lake and your own private pool. It is equipped with a large Television, DVD/CD player and an extensive collection of music, films and books. Whether you are chatting amongst yourselves, reading, listening to music or watching a film you can select the lighting to accommodate your mood.
Dining at home This room is truly stunning with a large circular table under a French style chandelier. The table is dressed with full place settings of an old world country style dinner service, each piece is colourfully adorned with a proud and crowing rooster and a bright floral pattern which lends a burst of extra life and fun to the table. To complete the formal dining service we have a full set of Kings tabletop cutlery /flatware set, and to finish the elegant table setting we have two sets of hand cut crystal wine glasses.
The Master Bedroom has a huge 6'6" wide US King Size bed with luxury bedding from the Waterford / Collection, French style shutters to the Windows and Tiffany style bedside lamps. This room is also equipped with ceiling fan, clock radio, telephone, television and a DVD / CD player.
The En-suite Bathroom has a walk in Roman shower, a separate Bath Tub with hydro massage jets, walk in closet, a cupboard full of lots of fluffy towels, two hairdryers and hair straighteners.
The second master bedroom is unusual in that it offers a huge 6'6" wide US king size bed with luxury bedding in red and gold, From the Lauren Ralph Lauren / Collection elegant black and red table lamps, clock radio, television, DVD/ CD player and a ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has twin beds. The room is decorated in a nautical theme and is equipped with bedside tables with table lamps, clock radio, telephone, television and a DVD/ CD player.
On request our management company will convert the twin beds into a US 6'6" wide king-size bed, thus giving Sunset Dream Villa three king-size bedrooms.
Air-conditioned gamesroom .The games room is carpeted throughout, has a full-size pool table, a 12 in one games table, large television with a Play Station 2. You will also find toys and games for all the family.
