The spacious accommodation will provide all you need and more for an unforgettable break in total air-conditioned luxury. With upgraded furniture, beds, bedding, window dressings and soft furnishings throughout the 4 bed/3 bath villa. Our 30x14 ft private pool & spa is south-west facing is a great outdoor space for those days away from the theme parks and for dining al fresco. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer and watch the beautiful sunsets, what a way to end the day. As you walk into the villa you will first come across our formal dining area, set with all the trimmings for a special meal. The open plan living area has stunning furniture,with two extra-large sofas and soft furnishings throughout, with a large TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all of the facilities you would expect including microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and one of those really big fridges with an ice-maker that are common to the U.S. Our Nook area, a table & 4 chairs is just off this with a view of the pool as you have breakfast.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size 6ft luxury bed with pillow-topped mattress, matching bedside cabinet and stunning dresser, beautiful gold bedding and soft furnishings plus en-suite facilities. A door leads right onto the pool area, ideal for that early morning swim. The 2nd Master overlooks the front of the property. This time a Queen Size 5ft bed again furnished with luxury wine & gold bedding and matching soft furnishings also with accompanying ensuite. In addition there are 2 other twin bedded rooms, one with a Disney theme, and the other in Denim & burgundy, all bedrooms have cable TV, 2 have DVD's. The pool area features an over-sized pool, lanai and a welcoming Jacuzzi in which you and your family can unwind and relax with plenty of pool furniture for everyone. The rear facing aspect of southwest is ideal for sun worshiper's and the perfect end to the day as you watch the sunset over the trees. Privacy is assured, as others do not overlook us. If you and the kids want to escape from the sun, our games room is the perfect location, complete with pool table, foosball, TV and playstation 2 with two joy-pads and enough seating for everyone. Also provided is a crib, high chair, car booster seat, stroller, security box. Free of charge.

Communal facilities at Terra Verde include: Large heated community pool with large sunning deck with chaise lounges, Whirlpool spa and Sauna, Well stocked fishing lake for your pleasure, Children's play area children's climbing rock games arcade, beach volleyball court, Sports court/Basketball court, Exercise room, Large screen satellite television, Snack and beverage Service, Full-service reception desk Concierge desk, Cyber cafe, DVD rental. The location, luxurious accommodation and wealth of communal facilities make this villa one of the top properties available. Terra Verde is a development that aims to satisfy the requirements of the guests in a way no others can. The location is ideal for access to Highway 192 and the Disney area but is quiet enough to allow you to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. Rental Rates: Rates start at £495- £675 peak. Pool & Spa heating is available at £100/$180 per week. A non-refundable deposit of £150/$250 per week must be paid at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100/$170 per week will be added to the balance and returned as soon as the management company have made a final check. A discount is offered for a booking of three weeks or more.
