Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on large lots with big gaps between the neighboring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual compared to other properties in the Orlando area.
Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.
Our beautiful, privately owned vacation rental home in Kissimmee has a large private pool terrace with Lanai and Jacuzzi Spa on a wonderful Lake Front setting.
It is an exceptional vacation home with lots of space for families and it is built on an oversized lot with no other houses immediately on top of you. The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Our fully air conditioned Orlando pool home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.
Only 15 mins to Walt Disney World and less than 10 mins to Highway 192 our wonderful vacation home is located in the exclusive and tranquil Crescent Lakes development which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.
We have furnished our Disney villa personally to a very high standard and it includes everything needed for our guests comfort and enjoyment and to ensure that they have a wonderful and memorable stay.
King Master bedroom on the 1st floor with full ensuite facilites. Queen bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom.

A Queen sleeper sofa in the 2nd living room on the ground floor can be used for occasional sleeping when required.

The Family room and breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the pool and lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.
A separate dining room to the front of the house has easy access to the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
The upstairs loft/den area has a computer with Hi Speed Internet access, TV, Playstation 2 console with games, sofa, cordless phone and book library.
The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Hairdyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided.
3 cordless phones are available with free Local, National and International calls and a voicemail facility.
The Games Room has 8ft slate bed pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and electronic darts.
The kitchen has a remote under counter Radio/CD player.

Spa Only Heating $100 per week.
Cleaning Surcharge of $110/£60 for stays of less than 7 nights.
Prices are Subject to Florida Sales and Tourist Taxes totalling 13%.
A 25% deposit will be required to secure a reservation.
