The private pool has its own table/chairs and sun loungers on which to relax whilst you watch the world and odd golfers go by. Southern Dunes has its own lake, in which you can fish, tennis courts, children's play area and two large communal pools and of course a championship golf course of 7227 yds, which has a string of awards. A 24hr WalMart is at the entrance along with restauraunts, shops and fuel. Eagle Ridge shopping mall is a short drive to the south on US 27.
