The accommodation is all on one floor, that’s right, no stairs - very child friendly and wheelchair accessible; the cathedral ceilings have a variety of angles and heights making the villa feel light and airy. To be certain you have the best facilities and amenities the pool size was increased, the sundeck extended and the furniture upgraded. Air-conditioning in every room All linen and towels are provided Master Bedroom 1 has an American King-size bed and Cable TV. Walk through the ensuite bathroom to the separate walk-in closet or turn right and jump into your own pool! Master Bedroom 2 also has a American King-size bed and Cable TV/VCR, plenty of wardrobes and a lovely ensuite bathroom with direct access to the private pool and spa Master Bedroom 3 is a bright and sunny bedroom at the front of the house. It has a Queen-size bed (same as UK King-size) and a TV. There is a bathroom adjacent to this bedroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 are Twin rooms both with Disney themes. One is based on Minnie and Mickey with an amazing Mickey Mouse T.V. (Mickey pops up every time you change channel!) and the other is Winnie the Pooh also with a TV. There is a bathroom located between these two bedrooms. The Kitchen has everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay. There is an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (complete with ice-maker) and the all important corkscrew!! There is a table with seating for 4 The Living Room is very large, light and spacious and has 3 sofas (one is a Queen-size sleeper sofa), a stereo, large TV, DVD with a selection of DVDs and overlooks the pool and spa. The Dining area is a formal area and comfortably seats 6 The Games Room is a great place to for you all to chill out – it keeps children of all ages entertained for hours! - with an AIR HOCKEY TABLE, a slate bed Oak POOL TABLE, large Cable TV, Sony PS2 complete with a selection of games, Toy Box for the younger children, Books, Tennis Racquets, Seating and Ceiling Fan Pool and Spa If you like swimming this villa has the pool for you! Imagine taking a quick dip in the 37.5ft x 12.5 ft pool before enjoying breakfast in the sun! Head off to the theme parks or shops for the day and then return to refreshing drinks in the relaxing, circular spa. The pool and sundeck is covered by a fine mesh screen that allows the sunshine through but keeps those biting bugs out! The large lanai (covered patio area) provides a welcome area of shade, especially for small children, whilst the extended sundeck enjoys full sun from 9.30 a.m. to sundown. A day spent on the comfy, poolside Sunloungers is a tempting alternative to the theme parks and why not plan a Barbeque for those long, lazy evenings in the warmth of the Florida Sunshine – you soon realise why it’s called the "Sunshine State!” For peace of mind, particularly for those of you with small children, there is a safety fence between the lanai and pool.
