Welcome to our Florida home which is situated on the prestigious gated community of The Manors at Westridge, just a 'stones throw' from Mickey's back yard. Set amongst the orange groves of central Florida with easy access to Highway 27 Orchard Villa really is the place to stay when visiting all that the Orlando area has to offer. The Manors has a very good reputation amongst owners and guests alike, being ideally situated for maximum enjoyment of Disney and the numerous golf courses. It boasts it's own clubhouse, minigym, large communal pool, library, quiet room, large screen TV,high speed wireless internet access and social room for the free use of residents and guests. Our lovely, privately owned home has five large bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, laundry, dining room, nook, Florida room, double garage and a large screened and heated pool ,spa and covered lanai. Having five bedrooms means no more sleeping on 'put me up' beds which have to be tidied away before the enjoyment begins; no more waiting for people to get off the sofa just so that you can make your bed and get some well-earned rest. Being of the largest design on The Manors it is ideal for both, larger parties of perhaps two families and also for those who require more space in which to relax and enjoy their holidays. We provide all bed linens, towels , tea towels etc. We also provide a hairdryer in each of the three bathrooms.Theres free and unlimited phone calls to UK landlines ,USA and Canada. Theres high speed wireless internet access within villa . The villa is professionally cleaned before and after each guest and there are full laundry facilities. The washer and dryer are 'extra large' and there is also an iron and ironing board. We know it is your holiday but it's a real boost not having to take all that dirty washing home! The villa is fully equipped for your holiday and electricity (except pool heat), water, cable TV, use of our digital safe, all linens and towels, tourist and Florida taxes are included in the weekly rate. Also for those of you with young children please make use of the crib, highchair,stairgate and stroller which we provide free of charge for your use. Although the villa has not been purposely designed for wheelchair users the layout is such that wheelchair accessibility is not an issue There is a 30 X 15 foot pool ,that is regularly maintained by our management company to keep the water clean and sparkling at all times. Access to the pool is via the patio doors in the nook. All openings onto the pool area are alarmed to alert parents that their children have gained access to the pool. This keeps the children safe as we do recommend that children are supervised at all times in the pool area. Extra decking has been provided in order that the pool area stretches across the entire width of the house and is fully screened. The screen allows you to make full use of the pool during the hours of darkness without being bothered by moths and other bugs which may be attracted by the outside lighting. Two full set s of pool furniture are included to help you all relax and chill whilst the children amuse themselves after a hectic day at the parks. A pool heater is provided for those of you wishing to use our villa during the cooler months and a pool cover to retain the heat overnight. This heating is available at an extra cost of £85 ($150) per week payable in advance or can be paid for once there by contacting our management company. This is an ideal setting for your family holiday close to great shopping, parks and world famous attractions. Located in the well-known and established community of Westridge on highway 27, close to nearly 30 golf courses and only 1 hour from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf coast. The Westridge Manors is a private gated enclave of homes. All the 297 villas in the Manors, share a splendid clubhouse. The clubhouse has been designed with holidaymakers in mind and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests of the Manors at Westridge. The 2000 square feet of the clubhouse are complete with a large pool, lounge, large screen TV, exercise room, showers and facilities perfect for entertaining your family and friends. Theres high speed wireless internet access within the clubhouse as well .This site also has its own caretaker and landscaping staff who look after its clubhouse, pool and grounds to keep it looking like new. On the opposite side of Westridge to the clubhouse, also for the exclusive use of residents, is a sandy area for badminton or volleyball and a childrens play area comprising climbing frame and slides on wood chippings next to basketball court.
