Situated on the lovely brand new mediterranean style development of Tuscan Hills, an ideal base to explore all the many attractions that Orlando has to offer. The villa is conveniently close to all the major theme parks and just 2 minutes drive to the 192 with its many shops, restaurants and entertainment.

With over 2106 sq ft of living space, our lovely two storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa and would be an ideal base for a large family or two families sharing.

The property is luxuriously furnished and well equipped throughout, including 2 master suites (one with a jetted bath). The ground floor mastersuite also has its own delightful private courtyard area to allow you to have a quiet moment to soak up the sun.

We have a further 3 bedrooms (one double, two themed twin beds), a family bathroom and an additional toilet downstairs.
The extended pool deck area is fully screened and our 26ft x 13ft pool has a lovely waterfall feature. We also provide a variety of pool toys for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxuries you would expect. The dining are overlooks the pool as does the large lounge area with Cable TV and DVD player, a selection of DVD's, videos, CD player, books and games.

The garage has been converted into a games room featuring a pool table and air hockey table.
