South Palms offers over 4000 square feet of fully air conditioned living space and is one of the largest 5 bedrooms homes in the Orlando area. Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has 3 Master suites and 2 twin rooms. There is also a large family room/breakfast nook/kitchen from which you can access the pool and deck. The additional formal lounge, dining room and extremely large den make South Palms a great place for everyone. Superbly furnished and maintained to the highest standards, South Palms will amaze and excite you... Everything in our home has been personally chosen by us, we opted not to use a furniture package. This is not the usual investment property, and we visit often to ensure it remains immaculate for both ourselves and our guests. When you have only stayed in a cramped hotel room, it's hard to imagine the difference between staying at South Palms and a hotel room. It is like comparing caviar to peanut butter!!! There are cable TVs in all 5 bedrooms, (42" widescreen Plasma HDTV in King Master) plus the family room has a  BRAND NEW 50" widescreen Plasma HDTV and theatre surround sound.The den also has a TV, DVD, CD and Play Station 2, so plenty of choice and no arguments over who watches what. With DVD players, VCRs and PlayStation 2 you are spoilt for choice. The average hotel room is 400 square feet, compere that to our home with over 4000 square feet of luxurious living space. There is nothing that compares to stepping out the door and having the exclusive use of your own pool - complete with safety fence - so you can watch your children happily and safely play in the pool whilst you top up your tan on the padded luxury loungers...how wonderful does that sound? South Palms is a genuine 10-15 minutes from Disney so easy enough to pop back for a refreshing swim/lunch/siesta before returning for the evening to Disney for dinner/show/fireworks.  This works really well with our guests and they have commented that they can see so much more without having to kill themselves with a test of endurance!!!
