Located just minutes from the Disney attractions in the award winning Orange Tree community, Fantasy Villa is a stunning 5 star luxury pool home featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, oversized pool with spa and a games room. The property has a monitored alarm system for added security.

This great vacation home is situated in the prestigious Orange Tree community and has been luxuriously furnished by one of Florida's leading designers. Fantasy Villa offers its guests a tranquil setting from which to enjoy all the many attractions of the Orlando area.

The secluded, gas heated oversized 36 foot screened pool & spa looks out onto fragrant orange trees. After a long day at the parks relax in the large five person spa or on the soft cushion pool furniture provided for your enjoyment.

The spacious great room, which measures 32-feet by 15-feet, has a vaulted ceiling with three skylights. The entertainment center includes a 32 inch TV, DVD/CD player and a Sony Playstation.

The great room opens out to the lanai through sliding door to the deck area with it’s oversize pool and spa and gas grill for outdoor cooking.

There is a formal dining area adjacent to the great room plus a table and chairs in the kitchen area and casual dining at the breakfast bar or in the pool area.

The Villa features five bedrooms, three of which are master suites, two with king-size and one with queen size beds. The two remaining bedrooms each have twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and DVD player. The villa has four bathrooms. One for each of the master suites plus a further family bathroom. All are luxuriously equipped for your total enjoyment.

The two larger master suites have direct access to the pool area. For the comfort of all our guests the villa is no smoking and pets are not allowed.

The games room is equipped with a pool table, foosball table and dart board to keep children and adults alike entertained. Lego and other toys are provided for the younger guests.

All rooms and the shaded lanai are equipped with ceiling fans and the entire property is of course air conditioned.

Eating out is great fun and an important part of any vacation but you can prepare meals at home if you wish in our luxury kitchen which is fully equipped with every utensil and gadget need to prepare a gourmet meal. A gas grill is also provided for outdoor cooking.

Laundry services are provided in our laundry room which is equipped with a washer and dryer free of charge. These are some of the reasons why we enjoy our home and we are sure you will too.
