Waterside is a luxury 5 bed house set in a beautiful position on the Highgrove Community. On the junction of both US Highways 27 and 192, Highgrove is just perfect for the short drive to the theme parks. The house enjoys stunning views to the nature conservation area that it sides on to. Not only can you enjoy our pool deck and spa pool but you can enjoy the large grassed area to the side of our house that has the views.
Luxuriously furnished with leather sofas, the house has two storeys with 5 bedrooms upstairs and two lounges, kitchen and dining room, wash room, large double garage, heated pool and spa.

The main lounge has a music centre, dvd player, flat screen tv , cable tv and broadband connection.
The master bedroom is ensuite and the second master also. There are three further twin bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The community has its own club house with a large swimming pool and spa pool. The club house has a large screen tv and a fitness centre.Guests of our villa are free to use these facilities.
