The villa has two master bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor.
The other Master is located on the first floor and has an ensuite bathroom including a walk in shower.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor each room has twin beds. There are two full bathrooms servicing these bedrooms.
All of the five bedrooms have walk in closet space, ceiling fans and their own cable T.V. All of the TVs are independently operated, so each room can watch a different program.
The ground floor living space is open plan, comprising of kitchen, dining area, breakfast area and family room. All these areas overlook and lead onto the pool and patio area.

There are plenty of things to keep everyone happy - large cable combo TV/DVD in the family
room.
The Games Room features Table Tennis, Pool, Air Hockey, foosball, electronic darts and various board games.
But best of all, take a dip in the great pool, unwind in the spa or just relax in the spacious lounge area. Screened pool area and ambient lighting makes this a fabulous area to kickback during the evening just to relax and unwind. No fighting someone else for space in the pool or on the sun-chairs - it's yours, all yours!
Finishing up with an excellent security system for peace of mind, a large
double garage, doubling as a games room and a separate utility room with washer/dryer, iron/ironing board - all the conveniences of a home.
The kitchen has stylish light oak cabinets. A large fridge/freezer with water and ice-cube dispenser, a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, grill, blender, electric whisk. Everything you could need to put your culinary skills to work.
The dining area has a large table seating eight guests, and has a sliding patio door leading out to the pool area. Nearby is a breakfast bar with additonal seating.
The covered deck area is comfortably furnished with reclining chairs and sun loungers. There is an outside ceiling fan and external shower. The deck leads onto the pool and spa which can be heated at an extra cost. The entire area is screened to allow long, peaceful evenings without being bothered by insects. The pool is very private with a lovely view of open woodlands.
