LOCATION. Rotonda is one of the small delightful communities located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in the South Gulf coast of Florida. This is a peaceful area of unspoilt natural beauty with over 26 miles of fresh water canals (creeks) contained within a large nature reserve. The Cape Haze Peninsula is approximately 100 miles south of Tampa, between the cities of Sarasota and Punta Gorda. It rests on the waters of the Myakka river and Lemon Bay. There are five golf courses within a couple of minutes drive from the villa and many more locally. Fishing, biking, tennis, boating and hiking are all available in Rotonda, and Port Charlotte Mall is only a 20 minute drive away. Here you will find all you need for the most discerning shopper. All this and only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful white sands and blue waters of the Gulf coast providing sunbathing, swimming and beachcombing. When you visit Rotonda you will discover a part of the real Florida that is off the beaten track, unspoilt, unhurried, and uncrowded, the whole coast line is known as "the gem of the suncoast" and you will discover the reason why it is called "Florida's best kept secret"
DESCRIPTION Completed in March 2006 our luxury villa overlooks the tranquil Pinehurst creek. With 2200 square feet of air conditioned living area, it has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and also features an attractive 28 X 14 ft pool complete with waterfall and oversized deck area which is South West facing for all day sun. Everything you require for the perfect vacation.
The spacious 20 X 21.4 ft Great Room is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas, a 30" flat screen satellite T.V, DVD player, and Radio CD player. Full size sliding doors open onto the pool area with uninterrupted views of the creek.
There is a separate breakfast area also overlooking the pool, and a formal dining room with seating for six which measures 14 X 13.8 ft. The fully equipped kitchen has every modern convenience, including an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and side by side fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. The separate laundry room houses a large sink, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The impressive 23.8 X 17.10 ft Master Bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, chaise lounge, dresser with large mirror, and an armoir which houses a 27" flat screen satellite T.V and large walk in closet, sliding doors open onto the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom has a tub, his & her wash basin a large walk in shower and seperate toilet. Bedroom 2 which is a spacious 18X13 ft has a queen size bed 27" satellite T.V and walk in closet. The sliding doors open onto the deck area with access to the pool. Bedroom 3 measures 13.5X13.8ft and is furnished with twin beds, flat screen satellite T.V and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 & 3 share the guest bathroom which has a walk in shower, basin, w.c. and also has access to the pool area.
The oversized deck area which is 60ft wide is furnished with a full siz marble table seating up to six, sun loungers, and two occassional tables, there is also a gas bar.b.q. On hot summer evenings keep cool under the ceiling fan while dining al-fresco, or take a romantic evening swim in the electrically heated pool with under water lighting.
There is a 2 car garage with electrically operated doors. The villa is fully air conditioned with the Great room and all bedrooms having optional ceiling fans.
Our villa is overseen by a friendly and efficient Management Company who will be on hand in the unlikely event of any problems.

RENTAL RATES
All rate are fully inclusive of all taxes, local telephone calls and end of stay cleaning. Discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Minium stay 7 nights, commencing on any day of the week. Please contact owners for current rates.
