It is situated less than 15 minutes from Disney and International Drive areas, and is 2 miles from Champion's Gate (36 hole championship golf course), which has a large supermarket (Publix). The villa is also close to the HWY 192 where you can find many restaurants.
It overlooks a valley surrounded by a conservation area with plentiful wildlife and is only 5 minute's drive from Interstate 4 and Highway 27.
The property is fully furnished and towels and linen are provided. It is finished to a high standard and has 2000 sq ft of living space. The 4 double bedrooms (one has twin beds) sleep 8 in comfort and the family room has a double pull-out bed.
