Ashwood Villa is a three bed with two bath (one ensuite with walkin robe and safe) and a downstairs cloakroom with a fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, waste disposal and dishwasher. The villa will suit golfers and non golfers alike, it is Ideally placed to enjoy the theme parks and also the coral beaches of the Gulf Coast. Sleeps 6 people in comfort with electric heated swimming pool.
The Villa has the added bonus of being closer to the Gulf Coast - you can get to the coast in just over an hour. In fact when you take the traffic into consideration its just about as convenient to get to from Tampa airport as it is from Orlando. The theme parks are great but every holiday to Florida has got to take in the Gulf Coast too. You just cant miss out on going to those wonderful white coral beaches and staying at Southern Dunes makes a day trip to the beach a real option. Its a great compromise because you are still only 20 minutes to Disney!
The villa has its own private south facing pool overlooking the 2nd green of the golf course, providing the warmth of the Florida sun into the late evening Our beautiful two storey Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom suite has a King size bed, its own bathroom, Cable TV. A security safe has also been installed. The 2nd double bedroom has a Queen size bed and shares the main bathroom with bedroom 3 which has 2 twin beds. All of the bedrooms are bright light and airy and there is full air conditioning throughout the property for your additional comfort. All linen and towels are provided.
Downstairs is the open plan fully fitted kitchen, which opens out to the dining room/lounge, with plenty of room for everyone. In the lounge there is a large flat screen surround sound TV with cable and DVD. The patio doors of the lounge lead directly to the deck and covered pool area which directly overlooks the 2nd green of the golf course. There is a grill with pool furniture for evenings by the pool.
