Moorgate Villa
As soon as we walked in to this villa we just knew it would be the perfect place for a family vacation. The layout of the rooms means that it is ideal for all sorts of sharers. Located on Highgate Park - one of the villages of Legacy Park -off Highway 27 near it's junction with the 192 the location was perfect too. It is only a short drive to Disney World and all the other theme parks are easily reached. There are restaurants to suit every taste and pocket within a few minutes, there are supermarkets only 5 minutes away if you decide to eat in plus a number of takeaways - some of whom deliver. For golf lovers there are over 30 championship courses within 20 minutes. Orlando International airport is a 30 minute drive away and Sanford is 50 minutes. The Gulf and Space coasts are both about an hours drive. We provide a lock box for the key so you can go straight to the villa -very important after a long flight. Codes for the villa,its alarm system and Highgate Park together with comprehensive driving instructions are provided on payment of balance. Our villa has four bedrooms, the master suite has a king sized bed, own cable TV, walk in closet and a master bathroom with walk in shower, garden tub, twin basins, hairdryer and separate toilet. The master bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms both have twin beds and share a jack and jill bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own TV. The great room is the heart of the home, it has a seating area with a sofa bed to accommodate the extra two guests taking the total number able to stay at the villa to ten. There is a large cable TV, DVD player and Play Station games console. There is a formal dining area and a breakfast nook plus a wonderful fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The great room leads out to the screened lanai and pool area with its spa. There is a table, chairs and loungers to enable you to make the most of the outdoor space, plus a child safety net to prevent small children having accidents. This area has been extended to provide even more sunbathing and extra loungers and seating. We have a barbeque for dining al fresco There is also a solar pool cover (with roller) to conserve the pool heat especially overnight. There is a full size washing machine and dryer , so you can travel light and save space for the bargains in the shopping malls. We have a games room in the garage with pool, air hockey, foosball, electronic basketball and darts. There should be something for everyone to play - whatever their age. Highgate Park has its own tennis court and children's play area complete with seating for parents to watch and picnic tables if you want to eat outdoors.
