Great room This Beautiful Private villa has a large open plan family room which has a three sofas a large TVs with cable/DVD/ VCR and a portable Cd player, also computer and free Internet ,Our luxuriously furnished villa is fully air-conditioned, added this year a safety Deposit box ,for guest to use (please read terms and Conditions). This room over looks the Large pool by Patio doors(all alarmed and Bared for safety of young guest).

South-Facing Pool is situated at the back of this Large family Home in a small Private Garden , which is walled . This Large Pool can be floodlit for you to swim in comfort at night. It slopes from 3ft to 6ft with steps leading into it at two points. This Pool can be heated please see cost below .

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Toaster , and all you need to cater for up to 8 people. Pots and Pans Cups and Plates .Telephone with Free Local Calls , free telephone card with a 14 day booking . We also have a breakfast bar with leather stools for two so you do not miss out on those holiday chats.

The Dinning Area has a formal dining table and chairs for six people, free highchair for young guest to use. Ideal for those Family Meals.

Utility Room : The utility room includes a washer and dryer . Also a Iron and Ironing board free to use. All Towels and Linen are stored here .

Games room Large double garage which has access from the inside of the villa, is now a games room with full snooker table and lots more .Your children will not want to leave. can be place a side to fit a car in the garage if needed .

Bedroom(s): It comprises of 4 bedrooms, one of which have en-suite facilities (ideal for two families sharing). The Master bedroom has a Large sized bed, an en-suite with a large shower, (a door from the en-suite leads to the pool area which is alarmed for safety of young guest), a walk-in closet and an additional cable TV. Second Double room is at the front of the house and is private to the rest of the House, has fitted wardrobes and draw units , also a cable TV next to the Family Jack and Jill Bathroom

2 Twin rooms are next to the Master bedroom , one is a Disney car room for the young racers in the family .The second is tastefully decorated for the old members of the family

Bathroom(s): The two Twin bedrooms and front Double Bedrooms share a large family bathroom with Bath, shower vanity unit and W.C.
