It is much more spacious than most three bedroom villas with 1550 square feet of open living space, therefore offering more than enough room for your party to spread out. *************** LOCATION The villa is located on the prestigious Eagle Pointe Sub-Division which is tranquil, scenic and elegant. Disney World Resort is just a 10 minute drive away , all shops, restaurants, bars entertainment such as Medieval Times Themed Dinner Show, mini golf, airboat rides and horse riding to name but a few are located within 2 minutes of Eagle Pointe on Highway 192. There is also a supersize Walmart store within 2 minutes drive. *************** THE VILLA The entrance to Soaring Eagles Villa is by coded key pad, hence there is no bother of having to go elsewhere to collect keys. On entering the villa you will walk into the living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, as you walk further you will come into the spacious lounge/family area which contains a large screen tv with cable, dvd player, hi-fi and telephone. The lounge/family room looks out through a patio window onto the pool area and deck. From this position you can also observe the unspoilt beautiful lake view with the abundance of tropical birds and wildlife. The kitchen is to the left of the lounge and is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and electric toaster. To the rear of the kitchen is the breakfast area, here you will find a table and chairs that will sit 4 people. While enjoying your breakfast you can admire the views over the lake from the large kitchen window. There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacum. Soaring Eagle Villa is fully air-conditioned/heated in all rooms, and has ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a queensize bed, walk-in closet, telephone, and has its own television with cable and dvd player. The bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and twin vanity basins. The second bedroom also contains a queensize bed its own television with cable and dvd player. The third bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe. The second bathroom is split between the second and third bedrooms and has a shower/bath, wc, and single vanity basin. *************** THE POOL Soaring Eagles Villa has a 28 foot heated pool. The pool is fully screened and pool furniture is provided around the deck including table and chairs with parasol. Again unobstructed views across the lake. For those guests with babies and very young children a cot, baby walker and highchair are all available at the villa free of charge. Soaring Eagles Villa has recently had an upgraded furniture package installed. Unlike many Orlando villas which have had their garage converted into a 'games room', the double garage is a available for your use so you don't have to put up with a really hot car each morning. *************** Soaring Eagles Villa is not a budget property.
