Welcome to our home. Our property is located in the quiet and well located neigbourhood of Indian Creek just off the Highway 192. Just a 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport using the Greenway Express Toll Road. Our porperty is a 5 bed 4 bath home that is well positioned and easy to find. The pool is south facing and benefits from the sun all day and has an adjacent Jacuzzi.Our pool has been built with children in mind, it has two shallow ends by the steps and gets deeper in the middle.Both the pool and spa have built in lights as is the pool area for evening use and is enclosed to keep bugs at bay. The two master bedrooms have direct access to the pool area and both have en-suite areas and plenty of storage. A further double bedroom is at the front of the property and has an adjoining bathroom. The other two bedrooms are twins with yet another bathroom. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and has a large TV,DVD player and music system. Cable TV is also provided. WIRELESS internet is installed in the house. All the bedrooms are fitted with TV's also. The kitchen is large and is well equipped with all mod cons and is attatched to a dinning area with table and chairs. A further larger table and chairs can be found in the dinning room area. The house also has a laundry room with seperate washer and dryer. All linen is provided including towels and bed clothes. Home from home with the added benefits of air con and the weather is how our guests have described it!. Indian Creek has its own Tennis Court, Multi purpose court, Childrens play area, putting green and Football pitch all free of charge. PRICES. Year round price of £450 or $900 per week excluding Xmas and Easter (apply for rate) Pool heating £90 or $170 per week. The garage has been turned into a games room, with a dart board, pool table and air hockey. Security deposit required prior to stay and is refunded to you on post stay inspection.
