General Information Indian Creek is located just 3 miles ( 5 minutes by car ) to the entrance of the Walt Disney World Resort. The community benefits from a putting green, gazebo, tennis courts, multi-purpose court and children’s playground. It is only a 2 minute drive from the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza which includes a large supermarket. On a clear night, you can hear and see the fireworks at Epcot and Magic Kingdom from the property. The numerous local golf courses, including the championship course at Disney, are within a few minutes drive. Situated on a large corner plot with a south facing pool, overlooking a children’s play area, this villa has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. The area offers an excellent combination of quiet streets and little traffic. The villa is a single storey dwelling with 1755 sq. feet of living space. The home is fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and sleeps 8/10 people. The main entrance to the home benefits from a covered entry porch. Once inside, a small foyer separates the luxury fitted kitchen from the lounge and dining room. Kitchen and dining nook The kitchen size is 13’3” x 11’ 8” and includes gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, pantry and plenty of work space. There are all the usual modern appliances, and the cupboards are finished in a light wood with a ceramic tiled floor. There is also a dining table and chairs in the breakfast nook. A door leads to the garage which contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Dining room There is a separate dining room measuring 12’4” x 10’ 0” which is tastefully furnished with a full size dining table and chairs. Lounge The lounge is 23’ 0” x 14’ 0” and has ample seating with tasteful furniture and a large ceiling fan. The sofa converts to a bed for extra guests. There is cable TV, a DVD/video player / recorder complete with a selection of DVD’s/videos,and a CD / radio stereo system . There are large patio doors at the end of the lounge which open out on to the swimming pool and patio via a covered lanai. Master bedroom The master bedroom is 16’ x 12’ and has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and cable TV as well as a ceiling fan. There is a sliding patio door which overlooks the lanai and offers additional access to the pool. There is a large en suite bathroom incorporating a large walk-in shower, garden tub, vanity unit with 2 washbasins and a WC. This in turn leads to the walk-in closet that provides ample room for clothes. Second master, en-suite The second bedroom is 11’4” x 10’ 0” and has a queen size bed and also features a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built-in ward robes and cable TV. There is also an en suite bathroom with wash basin, vanity unit, bath, shower and WC. There is a ceiling fan for additional comfort. Third bedroom The third bedroom is 11’4” x 10’0” and has twin beds, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes and is decorated with a dolphin theme. There is a ceiling fan for additional comfort. Fourth bedroom The fourth bedroom is 11’4” x 10’1”and has twin beds, and is themed on Winnie the Pooh . There is a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. There is a ceiling fan for additional comfort. Family bathroom Between the third and fourth bedroom is a family bathroom containing a full-size bath with shower, washbasin with vanity unit and a WC. Next to the bathroom is a linen cupboard. There is access from this bathroom to the pool area. Pool and deck area The swimming pool features tiled steps, underwater lights and a patio light for evening bathing, The pool is 3 feet deep at one end, and 5 feet deep at the other end. The entire pool area is covered by a micro-mesh screen enclosure with high walls and a vaulted roof which spans the entire width and height of the home. The mesh allows the sun to shine through, enabling you to top up your tan while keeping out the bugs. Acrylic decking on the pool deck allows you to walk and relax in comfort without being burnt by hot floors. A full set of patio furniture including sun-loungers, reclining chairs and footstools and a table and chairs is set around the pool. Further information The rental charge includes electricity, gas, local telephone calls and Florida Sales Tax for rental accommodation. The home comes complete with bed linen, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels, etc. We do ask that you provide your own beach towels as the towels provided are for use in the bathrooms only. There is a safe fitted for guests use, free of charge. A cot is available free of charge but please provide your own cot linen There is a crib and high chair and stroller are all available for guests’ use, and hairdryers in every bathroom. A telephone is installed in the kitchen area and master bedroom and local calls are free of charge. The villa is will be professionally cleaned and all linens laundered prior to your arrival. The pool is serviced on a weekly contract and the gardens are similarly maintained. The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. The gas-fired pool heater is available at an additional charge of £84 or $140 per week. We recommend clients take up this option during the months of October to April. Although the weather is beautiful and warm, the sun cannot be relied upon to heat the pool to an acceptable degree. You may prefer the water to be heated in the evening, in which case you can order your pool heating during the summer months. All three entrances to the pool are alarmed and mounted high on the wall next to each entrance. We have recently added internet access and a pool table, table football and electronic dartboard.We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel policy for all members of your party. For reasons of safety, insurance and preventing damage to the property, we request that guests refrain from smoking indoors. We can provide welcome food and beverage packs which will be in the home ready for your arrival.
